| Novel Cafe is a cafe filled with novels, a new concept cafe. The word novel can be defined as 'a story long enough to fill a complete book' or 'innovative and different from anything known before'. The idea of putting books and food side by side first originated in Europe. It then travelled to US and other parts of Asia. Today, there are novel cafes all over the world. There is a Novel Cafe in Aukland, Los Angeles, Chicago, Japan and Singapore. We are the first Novel Cafe in Dataran Ara Damansara, Malaysia. Located in a peaceful and prosperous part of Petaling Jaya, Dataran Ara Damansara is a rapidly growing town with commericial centres such as NiuZeXui or NZX, Subang Airport and Saujana nearby. Our place triples as a lounge, a cafe and a rental bookstore where everyone can come to relax and unwind. There is music, novels, free wi-fi, delicious food, aromatic coffee and specially mixed fruit juice to create a relaxed ambience different from many other cafes. Our cafe is an education base learning center. On Thursday night, there's Drill & Grill event, a follow up program for people who want to practice their train the trainer skills. Friday night is Cashflow event where people come meet, network and play Cashflow 101 with each other. This game raises financial I.Q. and teaches technical investing. The menu includes Vietnamese specialities such as Fresh Spring Roll, freshly made when you order, Grilled Lemongrass Chicken with nuoc mam and our signature dish, Pho: Vietnamese Beef Noodle. We use a variety of herbs and spices to flavour our Vietnamese delicacies. Influenced by San Francisco recipes, many of our Vietnamese dishes is what you would called fusion food. Ricky Vo Yip, the managing director of Novel Cafe has also created a line of Western cuisine in American style. The S.F. Style Ribeye Steak is a must try! Drinks like Cafe Sua Da (Vietnamese drip ice coffee) and Honey Lemongrass Lemonade accompany our large array of food. Come in and enjoy our wide selection of books from J.K.
